6. User Content

grant Flubo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to
use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute that content in
connection with the Platform and Flubo's business operations.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary
rights to all content that you post on the Platform and that
your content does not infringe the intellectual property rights
or other rights of any third party.

and the language of the arbitration shall be English.
